For around two years now, the consortium has been supporting its teams on the ground by ensuring good quality internal connections and also supporting the Terms of Reference for the activities proposed by NGO representatives . Given that our interventions are in the African Great Lakes Region, the consortium supervises its teams and ensures the smooth running of activities on the ground. For this year of 2023, 13 local staff were involved in the activities and we do not yet have international staff given that our resources are still limited. In addition, the consortium opens its doors to international personnel who want to work voluntarily to help it materialize its objectives and mission.
